They were charming with sensuous, weeping branches
and soft, touchable foliages.
The river Beas was flowing with wild giggles below us.
And majestic Himalaya above the tree top
appeared elegant with his shining whiteness.
When I was painting the trees,
Sariza was changing her wet clothes.

പാതയ്ക്ക് ഇരുവശവും മരങ്ങളാണ്.
ഒരു വശത്ത് മാനം മുട്ടുന്ന കുന്നുകള് നിറയെയും
മറുവശത്ത്, അങ്ങു താഴെ നൂലായൊഴുകുന്ന നദിക്കരയോളവും.
