Do you know that the record for producing the longest sword in the world is belonging to me?
It began from the hill top of Ponmudi and ended at the Thampanur bus stand, Thiruvananthapuram.
It was the same day on which Sasankan fell down from his bike for the first time.
Thanks to Mathayi who took the trouble of carrying me all the way down on his bike (and helped me to sit in an ideal ‘back to back’ posture to deliver that wonderful sword!).
The trace of that sword which divided the 65km road in to two exact parts (65km each) might have been faded. But those memories will never fade.

പെണ്കുട്ടിയേയും കൊണ്ടാണ് ഒറ്റയ്ക്കു പോകുന്നതെങ്കില് ആയോധനകലകളെന്തെങ്കിലും പഠിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത് നന്നായിരിക്കും.
പണ്ട് ഇവിടം മുതല് തിരുവനന്തപുരം വരെയുള്ള 65കിലോമീറ്റര് റോഡില് രാത്രിയില് നെടുനീളെ വെച്ചൊരു വാളിനെ മറക്കുവാനാകുമോ എന്നെങ്കിലും?
